Whats so amazing about Jesus Christ?

Well, the title itself asks the big question. Whats so amazing about Jesus Christ? Really, we might all think about that movie Mel Gibson made titled The Passion of the Christ. In that film we see Jesus go through a great deal of torture that seemed almost unbearable, and ultimately he is crucified and He is buried. Now, if Jesus was the son of the living God then why did he allow for this to happen to him? If we read the scriptures we know that in Hebrew society the law was given to Moses by God, and when men violated the law an animal had to be presented as a sacrifice in order to have atonement.

The following two verses address the issue of the law:

"Hebrews 9:19 For when every commandment of the law had been declared by Moses to all the people, he took the blood of calves and goats, with water and scarlet wool and hyssop, and sprinkled both the book itself and all the people,"

"Hebrews 9:22 Indeed, under the law almost everything is purified with blood, and without the shedding of blood there is no forgiveness of sins."

Jesus Christ said the following in Mathew 5:17: "Do not think that I have come to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I have not come to abolish them but to fulfill them.

The apostle Paul says the following in:

"Romans 8:2 For the law of the Spirit of life has set you free in Christ Jesus from the law of sin and death."
"Romans 8:3 For God has done what the law, weakened by the flesh, could not do. By sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh and for sin, he condemned sin in the flesh,"

"Romans 10:4 For Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to everyone who believes."

"Hebrews 7:28 For the law appoints men in their weakness as high priests, but the word of the oath, which came later than the law, appoints a Son who has been made perfect forever. "

"Galatians 2:21 I do not nullify the grace of God, for if righteousness were through the law, then Christ died for no purpose."

Nicodemus came to Jesus at night hiding because becuse he was member of the San Hidrin and he was trying to avoid being seen. Jesus said to him the most amazing words ever spoken which say as follows:

John 3:16 "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life. John 3:17 For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but in order that the world might be saved through him. John 3:18 Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only Son of God. John 3:19 And this is the judgment: the light has come into the world, and people loved the darkness rather than the light because their works were evil. John 3:20 For everyone who does wicked things hates the light and does not come to the light, lest his works should be exposed. John 3:21 But whoever does what is true comes to the light, so that it may be clearly seen that his works have been carried out in God."

Finally, whats so amazing about Jesus Christ?

Jesus died and resurected on the third day to redeem us, and whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life.

Many many years before the Jesus Christ had come into the world the book of Psalms said in Psalms 55:18 (55:19): "He hath redeemed my soul in peace so that none came nigh me; for they were many that strove with me."

Whats so amazing about Jesus Christ? I encourage you to seek and research His life and the things He said and I guarantee that you will find out, and your life will be transformed in this process. My wish is that you become a believer in Him, and accept him as your savior as I have.... I could talk forever on this question because to me everything about Jesus Christ is amazing, and I will never run out of things to say about Jesus, Amen.
